Red Kidney bean salad

Ingredients:

Tomatoes 2                
Cucumber ½ of whole
Lettuce                                                         
Hard boiled eggs 2
Avocado 1
A few crispy bacon pieces
Zand Kitchen’s Creamy Mayo 2 Tbsp               
Salt
Lemon juice ½     
Red kidney can ½


Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop all the ingredients.
  2. Mix anchovy mayo with salt and lemon juice.
  3. Add the sauce to the chopped vegetables and red kidney.
  4. Enjoy!
