Lamb or Beef Burger
Ingredients:
1 kilo minced beef or lamb
4 pieces or 130g bread
175g water
170g onion
16g or 5-6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Place the pieces of bread into a food processor and process until it changes to breadcrumbs. pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl, add water and mix them well.
Now place onion and garlic into the food processor then process until chopped finely.
Now add breadcrumbs, garlic, onion and spices to the meat, mix with hand until well combined.
Divided meat to 120g meat balls and press and shape them to burgers. Now it is ready to fry in a pan.
