Tuna salad
Ingredients:
Cooked & chopped potato 3 cups
Cooked & chopped carrots 1 cup
Chopped gherkins 2 cups Hardboiled eggs 6
Chopped spring onions ½ cup
Tuna can 2
Green bean 1 cup Zand Kitchen’s New Z Mayo 1 cup
Lemon juice (1 whole lemon)
Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook all the vegetables and chop them into small cubes.
- Drain the tuna cans of the oil and juice inside it.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust the right amount of salt and pepper based on your choice.
- Enjoy!
