Hossein and Taha are the creative minds behind Zand Kitchen. Hossein’s background and experience is as a food technologist, working for dairy giant Fonterra. Hossein works on improving the processing, packaging, storage, and safety of food in accordance with government and industry standards. As well as his food industry knowledge, Hossein has an incredible palette; he can recreate recipes just by taste alone. Taha, his wife, graduated from Wintec’s cooking course and is the main cook of their household, especially for dinner parties. With such a vast knowledge of cooking and experience in food production, Hossein and Taha have used their talent and background to make a sauce that people will love.
